As we have established that your head is made of mush many times over; let me explain it to you. Regardless of which Congress votes on the issue the fact is had the election swung over to a Democrat majority it would have been a clear signal that the country was against impeachment. Unfortunately, for the White House, no such passion erupted and the elections fell out just like all other elections fall out during economic stability. The incumbents stay put and the challengers against them fall by the way side. In other words, you lost buttbrain.
