No wait ~ maybe it was Tygh Valley.

And I remember another cool thing about the place, except for you wildlife eradicators ~ It's a very......peaceful, and idyllic little rimrock canyon. We drove by this small but well-kept house, and on the lawn were two deer yard ornaments. Like those deer yard-ornaments, anyway; but real deer. Sitting right there, together, forty feet from the road. Real cute; and took some adjusting to, mentally. Some re-filing. "Those are real yard deer." Non-ceramic. Cute, really; cute as heck. Their ears wiggle. And not scared of us. We pulled over in Bigleaf Maple and Cottonwood shade, with whitchy rainbird sprinklers, to pause a second and admire them, and feel good about life; and just feel really fine about being animal lovers.

"Kubloooooeey!" I screamed. heh heh.
