That is correct, $4/share for listing, and if the stock, once listed, goes under $1 for more than 90days, it goes through delisting procedures. If RG is in a hurry to get listed, which I do not think he is, we would have to do a RSplit to qualify.

If the deals keep coming, and interest continues over next several months we should have it without a reverse. Listing is still afar off imo, but very realizable if TSIG maintains course like they have for the last several months.
