They are having problems if you have Windows 98 and 128meg RAM. It worked great with my old 64meg PC, they are setting up a lab to reprogram the software to fix the bugs. As long as you have 64megs and not 128 you will love it.

I am waiting on the Powertrade paperwork at E-Trade to be completed and will try that service. It is free L2 with 75 or more trades per quarter.
