Do you mind explaining exactly how you got your figures and why they were not reported that way on T.V. and leave the attitude at the door.

Before you start your slash and burn, why don't you
wait one day and let us see who is right tomorrow.
But I tell you what, I am sleeping well tonight,
unlike some shorts I know.

You are the one who has shown your vast black hole of ignorance, short seller. Earnings were truly blow away but I could care less about what short term CMGI's earnings are. The company is a long term winner. I have known this for a long time because I probably am a hell of a lot smarter than you. If you would bother to do some study of all CMGI has going for it you would see that the company is very undervalued compared to other internet companies. If anyone really wants to find out about the company then first carefully study the CMGI web site and all related companies web sites. Check out what they have to offer and the people involved. CMGI has great people, true winners.

You wrote the following:
>I personally think that since CMG is in the business of investment >gains, those gains should be considered operating earnings for the >sake of analyst estimates and reporting. It would be wildly volatile >and maybe not deadly accurate, but at least we'd be looking at a >true trailing P/E of under 30 and an exponential growth rate. >Combine that with the nature of CMG's business, the internet, and >then you'd have a stock story worthy of this kind of celebration.

Yes! you got it right that time. CMGI is a venture capital firm and as a stockholder, a person can get in at the pre IPO price of the IPO stock. An example of this is that CMGI's cost of Geo Citys stock was 67 cents. Who gives a rats ass about the anal-ists opinion? They don't know Jack S*** anyway IMVVVHO. The penquins are either wrong way too often and or may be promoting a stock because they have an interest in and want to unload. So take your own opinion above, We do have a stock that IS worthy of this kind of celebration.

Study CMGI webs sites very carefully. I hope you come to believe as I do. Then I hope you cover your short, improve your attitude, and recognize that you WERE the ignorant one on this thread.

Good investing,

KW Wingman
