LG: by flat, i mean that market up or down natually. on the other hand, when there are some extreme things happen, like rate cut, or war, the market will up or down dramatically. i posted on friday that i think market is not so overvalued and i started buy at that level and will continue average down if market down. did you buy any? from TA, market may down (or up, which is not the point), but if fed. cut rate, market can only go up. and i am lucky that i am fully invested so that i didn't miss the 500 up day just a while ago. when it's up, it up quickly.
