It would take a process IDIOT to think that it will take AMD two years (DECEMBER 2000!) to implement .18u at Dresden. I can't believe you'd embarrass yourself on this thread by posting such garbage.

Your post on Intel 0.18um process is a direct copy out of paper that was submitted at IEDM 98. One of my friend is a co-author of that paper. The parameters look pretty good but not yet manufacturable.
You are no process expert and know squat on Intel process. My grandma
could have picked up the paper and told people about Intel process.
