Crossy, or Whomever, correct me if I am wrong.

But, I have always held the belief that Preferred A stock in any company is always prized over common. Why would anyone want to convert? Is this yet another attempt to confuse and use shareholders?

Why has Pierce not converted his preferred to common?

I would suggest no one with preferred be too anxious to convert. Take a wait and see approach.

Frankly, I doubt any of the the stock is worth a plug nickle but one must proceed with caution when swimming in infested shark waters.
