Claude:

I an holding 107,000 shares and will do so until april 15/99.. At that time I will have to consider my options....That is to say, If the sky don't fall<gggg>

I think this one has 2 chances with a 50-50 in each play ..So IMHO that will give a 75% chance to succeed ..You got to go with the odds...But as Ed. says What the hell do I know!!<GGG>

Hi Claude. For obvious reasons I would like to state "I am not trying to convince anyone". Everyone should do their own DD! I know you are a "seasoned investor", so I don't worry about you, but others read this thread and may act on this discussion.
So I say to all, do your own DD, call the company, make sure it falls into your comfort level of investment. This is a "penny-stock" so the risks are high!

To add to our discussion Claude;

We were talking about the number of shares outstanding before. In a court of law, this can be directly connected to the expropriation of Rocks property, and the ensuing dillution to secure a future for the company. This is why I am a staunch believer that we should take them to court. My greatest fear is that, we may settle for a lessor value, out of desperation for money...to progress the Coiron property!! I would rather see this stock sit at .10c for 6 months, delay Coiron drilling, and get a "superior settlement" than give into a shortterm poor one!!

Disclaimer
I have stated repeatedly on this thread I am willing to ride this one to "zero" if need be. All penny stocks, at best, are a 70/30 risk. 70% against 30% for! So for the readers out there that follow this thread...be prepared to lose it all...or don't get in, such is the nature of the beast!!
