Bob, I would agree that 30 cents of earnings in 1999 is the kind of target I hope management are really looking for.

Last quarter was 5 cents if memory serves me. This quarter is forecast to be 6 cents. If ODIS only earns 20 cents next year, earnings will be dead flat (based on sequential quarters - I realise that Q1 and Q2 this year were not wonderful).

A recent press story quoted Bob Goldman saying he was "comfortable" with a forecast of earnings in the low 20s next year. I hope he meant "comfortable that we can exceed it substantially".

Flat earnings is not something I am comfortable with.

I know ahhaha is to gracious to remind us of his view that Bob Goldman isn't ambitious enough for ODIS. I sure hope that the Q4 earnings report will reveal not just a good number for Q4, but also some ambition to do better than flat earnings.
