There is validity to that statement.
And the answer to your question - YES if I can figure out the time of the vote ;-)

It is interesting to see how the heavy hitters were going to position themselves for that S&P expiration at the open Friday morning. Now, I guess they don't have to worry about it. I wonder if one of the big wig Republicans had a vested interest in changing the day of the vote!
