I talked to IR today, and asked the question of outstanding shares. He told me that there were 34.5 million shares issues, 39.5 million fully diluted shares (includes both options and warrants outstanding). Concerning the block of over 2 million shares that "diappeared", I asked and was told that the price was a mistake. It was supposed to go through at 47.5 cents, not 42.5 cents. It did go through on Friday at 47.5 cents. It was probably an inter-house movement of some sort. Intra-day lows are steadily moving up. A little concerned about the trading on the close today. It appears that once it hits and intra-day high for the past several days, a huge "ceiling" of shares are put up at that price. This immediately causes the stock to retract, and that's what happened this afternoon. It is still in positive territory from the previous day, but it could've been much greater. I thought it was going to 70 or 75 cents. I had a STOP LOSS at 59 cents, under a large bid at 60 cents. I didn't think it would be hit. At then end of the day I should've been STOPPED out, but I guess the market closed before a suitable buyer was found. I cancelled that STOP LOSS because I am unsure of what will happen tomorrow.
