Hey Gene....you don't have to convince me!!!<g> Thanks for the info though. I was aware of the insider and institutional holdings, hence my reference to "counting the shares" sold since it dropped from over $1 to nearly 25 cents. It is always possible they would do a reverse split....but given the heavy hitters who hold the stock, I would doubt seriously that will happen. Hey, I'm in at 31 cents....I think I have already seen the "downside" and it is behind us. This may be another stock screaming for recognition and going nowhere, but I don't think so! I agree it is a keeper, I plan to tuck my shares away till the cows come home! Cheers!
