Is there a strike price for the CHGO warrants???
The last quote I saw for the warrants was 1/32--very
low....

Unless the Board insists on equitable treatment of warrants in a merger, the warrants will expire worthless because there would no longer be any underlying stock.

This offer is very inadequate, but might only be a starting point. If this Board is smart, they will try to get other offers and start a bidding process.

Who knows, we might see $4-5 yet. I would expect the takeover offer to garner attention to CHGO's undervalued shares.
