VLAD,
I want them move the company forward with positive progress, however, I do not trust the management anymore. They need professional help...not this kind of law suit. I don't buy the short story either. Thanks for posting the facts.

Sincerely,
Wade

Also,
Please check the update:

biz.yahoo.com

<......In addition, Mr. David Norris, former CFO of American Eco, was awarded $5.0 million in punitive and $2.75 million in
direct damages in the same lawsuit against the individual operating under the alias of ''PMKK1'', for untrue allegations
concerning Mr. Norris' executive history, which were posted on the Internet, resulting in his suspension from his position..... >

My questions for Chairman & CEO Michael E. McGinnis are: why did you trust a yooyoo from internet rather than your own CFO? Did you give Mr. Norris a chance to clarify his position?

Sincerely,
Wade
