The question I have after reading the article is: Is Intel going to compete with Phoenix in this arena or is the article talking about the Phoenix product.

The following is from the annual report.

Under the Technology Agreement, with Intel, Phoenix licensed certain of its system-level software to Intel for incorporation into Intel's motherboard products for desktop and server computers. In addition, Phoenix is required to provide Intel with a dedicated engineering team to support Intel and develop agreed-upon enhancements to the licensed software in exchange for development fees that vary based upon the Company's level of effort.

Sounds like Phoenix Inside to me! <grin>
