Received my annual report and proxy last night. Haven't had time to go through the report but the proxy gives a good idea of the incentives for which we've all been waiting! Proposal #3 is a stock option plan to take effect February 2 with options priced no lower than fair market value on the date issued. I don't expect to see much of a spike until then though I am not implying that they are intentionally rigging the price. Proposal #4 is an employee stock purchase plan. At this time I plan to following the director's recommendations for the proxy.

Pre-Release of earnings last night. They claim they will exceed estimates by a few cents. Very good show.
