Yes, Here's my pick: Sycamore Networks Inc. (Tewksbury, Mass.) Sycamore is the latest project of Desh Deshpande, one of Cascade's founders. www.sycamorenet.com Desh is known as the visionary, who founded Cascade Communications in Westford Mass. It was bought by Ascend. IMHO opinion, Cisco, who had invested in Cascade, missed the boat by not purchasing Ascend. A member of my family was the software engineer at Cascade, when it consited of 12 people & a few workbenchs. We have great respect for Desh.
