There is no press release announcing a stock buy back. I would not expect them to announce it until it is underway. We may see that as the company returns to being profitable. The company has been looking at ways to reduce the outstanding shares. A reverse stock split was not something they were considering at this time. Last year at about this time, you may recall, the company did consider a reverse stock split but it was voted down. The share price did make a bounce after that announcement. The company has been moving toward becoming a full reporting company. That should help the share price as long as the revenues climb along with profits. Internal measures are being taken to increase profitability. Hiring the CFO should help in those areas. This company is still trying to get its legs. If and when it does start to run I want to be positioned. Right now most investors are hoping for a fast crawl. Good luck to all.
