So if the chart break through this line, then maybe it is considered to be reversing the down trend?

Right. But keep in mind this is a SHORT term trend line and it can be negated easier than a longer term one. It's already hit the line 4 times so the line my have lost some of it's power. In any case, it's there and until it goes away, I'll use it.
