Right... "any material matter"... "not any matter that is not material." As far as the prosecutors are concerned I did'nt hear them but so far it looks like they're on the "back burner". Things are not going their way. What Clinton has done was to commit a crime by lying under oath. If it was not a crime... then tell me what it was? Is this acceptable? Shall we shout from the mountain tops "it's OK to lie under oath if it is not material. Don't worry... it's OK. No problem. You only have to be concerned about material facts... your lies don't matter if they're not material. AND WHO SHALL DETERMINE MATERIALITY? "I did not have sex with that woman... Miss Lewinsky." Just got a little HUMMM job... but that wasn't sex! And tell Paula Jones that this was not material!
