Not to extend the Cramer discussion to this thread, but I saw the WAVO interview on CNBC, and Cramer said he had tried to short 25,000 shares that morning, the same morning he was interviewing Deeds, their CEO. Then he used the term "Fraud-u-net" for internet stocks. I don't really care what any analyst says in an isolated forum, and I do appreciate contrarian views. But to do what he did in connection with a specific company just before an interview with their CEO is unprofessional and I understand the SEC is looking into it. If that had been ATHM being interviewed instead of WAVO, I'm sure ATHM shareholders would have had the same reaction, especially if the stock took a huge hit after his remarks, as was the case with WAVO.
