My hunch is as follows, the entire Supply Chain business is hurting but Manu has really dropped the ball. I'm expecting another heavy loss this quarter. Assuming it hits and the stock takes a dive I would strongly advise a buy because I believe they are a takeover candidate. I think that in an effort to combat the 500 kg SAP gorilla that PeopleSoft, Oracle or IBM are likely buyers. My guess is that the heavy inside trading has resulted from the key players realizing that the fundamentals of the company are in sad shape and that an acquisition is a high potential. My belief is that the recent market blip of the stock to 14 is due to these rumors. My personal hope (because I'm short on Manu currently) is that I'm correct about the poor earnings potential and that the market reacts strongly before any acquisition news is leaked. If not I'm fucked! The sotck is down today. potentially good news for me about earnings numbers.
