Iraq's Hamdoon-oil exports will stop if U.S. bombs

biz.yahoo.com

<< Dec 16 (Reuters) - Iraq's ambassador to the United Nations, Nizar Hamdoon, said on Wednesday that oil exports would have to stop if the U.S. launches military strikes against his country.

''Physically speaking, practically speaking, if there is a military strike, there will be no oil pumped,'' Hamdoon told reporters outside the Security Council, which is discussing what response it might make after the U.N. Special Commission on Iraq (UNSCOM) withdrew its weapons inspectors for the second time in two months, accusing Iraq of blocking its work. >>

Duh ... No kidding Hamdoon!

It's like the movie 'Groundhog Day' ... even the characters don't change < g >
