Ohhh you are to cynical <g> But actually you are right the SEC is like a big battleship it takes forever to get it turned in the right direction.... There are other ways to go about this on the state and local levels, Such as the Florida State Securities regulators, and a 1/2 dozen other agencies (like the FTC) that also police public companies. Everyone seems terrified that EUTO is going to sue them over posting derogatory, lets get one thing straight if they are this stupid (and they may be) it is the kiss of death for a OTC company to sue a shareholder. If this occurs the shareholder usually counter sues and then all the companies documents are subpeonaed and brung to court for the jury the and all the world to see, and IF there are even the slightest irregularities, in the records time frames and money... the jury will find in favor of the ripped off investor 95% of the time...award damages and throw the company suing the shareholder suit out hanging the company with ALL legal cost. You have to remember the jury is just everyday people and most have had bad financial dealings in the past... so the company is at a disadvantage most everytime they are a plaintiff in a case against a shareholder. I am not a lawyer, just speaking from past experience. Will they sue a PO'ed shareholder???? Not unless they want to commit Corporate Suicide. Hell they may want to sue me ( I hope ) I am not hard to find <g> KAA
