Steve,

I believe you have hit on the salient point wrt these announcements. In the last year AFCI has lost GTE without adding any significant new accounts. All of their recent announcements like Hong Kong, Sprint LTD, etc. are contract renewals which are nice but they are not going to move the stock. AFCI needs an RBOC win (been waiting several years for this) or a series of big CLEC wins to restore some confidence.

No, it not especially , except it always good sign to have customers renew or extend agreements... Yes, a new customer announcement would be more meaningful.
