The errors in judgement are in the past, and the penalties are not yet clear. But it is finally out in the open to enable shareholders to make their own reasoned decisions.<<<<That is the point it is'nt out in the open,,We only know part of it, and We can NOT make a reasoned decisions. Why do you think the Co. did'nt send the notes with the statment?? do you think it was because there was two meny pages to send???? Why do you think the Co. (scott) did not send me the notes when he said he would???? If they could of held the ASM with out the notes being out they IMO would of..But as i read this, it is only the start and until more is known it will not enabel shareholders to make their own reasoned decisions..John go forward and ask the ?s, hold there feet to the fire a number of people have a lot riding on this co. And most of them should never been playing this stock, but we do what we do...
