Valueman - See Sheldon's post above about insiders selling Q stock to pay for tax liability on LWIN. Story is that they are donating to charities (at least Irwin Jacobs is) and charities are unloading ASAP. Tom

Valueman:

Why would you worry about it? Insiders always sell. Intel's insiders sell some shares, but still hold a bunch. Now, for example, if Irwin Jacobs sold all his shares, I would be worried.

Who knows, maybe some of the insiders wanted to make a big purchase. Remember, Qualcomm has gone up quite a bit over the past 5 years. Wasn't Qualcomm once a high-teen stock?

It appears that Qualcomm back in 1995 was trading in the teens.
