Hope no one is short AMZN. Oppenheimer issuing upgrade, target price of $400 share. Stock already bid up at 258 preopen. Probably reach that in a week or two. Crazy!

Roger or anyone, I am not up on the impeachment rules, but if Congress votes to impeach, isn't the senate required to have a trial on that issue only? How could the senate substitute censure? Even though I agree at this time it is the best course of action.
