(OTC BB:IECS.O) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint venture to expand its program for recovering organic by products for animal feed ingredients. The new joint venture company is called ROP North America and as its name implies it has the exclusive rights to develop the ROP program in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
