Tuesday December 15, 8:37 pm Eastern Time First Priority Group , American Info join PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Dec 15 (Reuters) - First Priority Group Inc. said Tuesday it agreed in principle to join forces with privately-held American Information Co. Inc., doing business as Consumers Car Club. The combination will create an Internet provider of comprehensive vehicle-related services. Plans call for the combined company to also offer its full range of services via their existing customer call centers, the company said in a statement. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
