Yes, I've heard you mention that before, and I've come to believe
in this very strongly myself.

The only point I might quibble with is that sometimes (but not
usually) institutions don't react immediately to good news for
a few reasons, such as market problems, global problems, political problems, etc. But, sooner or later, the good news does get priced into the stock.
