robbie: Don't chase the stock - watch for breakout to the upside on heavy volume. We are still basing and the base is not long enough yet to be trusted. Fear should always prevail over greed. So you leave a few points on the table - so what? Compaq has plenty of room to run, don't worry. Macro events are just too iffy right now. Be patient. BTW, I checked out some vg posts around the link you gave me. Interesting: on 11/10 at 8:00 AM, it says to hold DELL for 2 more days. Later that day, CPQ made its direct sales push announcement. Late that night it posts some cryptic message - "please read my post (referring to the 1st post) at your own risk". Next morning it sells DELL at the open. Just sounds like vg knew what we over here already knew .... CPQ IS GOING TO KICK MAJOR BUTT IN A MAJOR WAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was probably reading EL'S posts!!! jajajajajaja K
