So every area of the world is within their transmission range? Hmmmmm, then why would they even mention a transmission range?

Now, can you stop being bratty for a minute (restrain yourself) and point me to the right direction where I can find out this information by myself.......unless, of course, you can give me the answer right here, save me some more of the endless surfing I have done to get more info about USRF.
