All the prospect generation was American both Armstrong and Singdahlsen, TOO BAD THE DRILLING WASN'TALSO, the Canadians had no experience in California drilling although Nabors should have had, interesting to see how the insurance will work out, they have blowout preventers for a reason, it looks like the mud weight was overcompensated and was then pushed by the high mud weight into a highly porous and permeable formation-the Temblor
