Dr. Meade, I hope you are not trying to make a comparison here. Two different cases. BUT it is an interesting decision. Maybe we can get the attorney firm to represent us shareholders?

That's an idea of what to do with a certain someone and get some market cap as well. If not whoever that clown is then out of the hide of RB who refuse do anything about an abusive poster when brought to their attention. Tom et al have claimed lost business and you know what that has done to our investment. Anyone good at tracing messages?

Doc, I don't know a thing about American Eco but I do know that TMMI hasn't put out enough info on itself for anyone to libel it. That begins with financials, extends to daily activities (are there any?), continues to # of shares o/s, % owned by insiders, shares sold by insiders, communication with shareholders, annual meetings, etc., etc., ad nauseum. As far as we know, they don't have a telephone # or a business address, other than someone's house. So far they haven't mounted a decent legal attack against a legitimate source - Iterated. And what are their chances against Jackson? As I understand it from posts on this board, they can't even serve all the people in the Jackson suit. What possible claim would they have against any bulletin poster - whether it be shark or whomever? And if they can't move legitimate legal claims forward, why would they even go to the effort to pursue bogus claims against bulletin board posters?
