Dog,

I agree that CPQ is making an effort to make its Prosignia line more price competitive with DELL. But they are still paying the dealers 6% for the kiosk purchases. CPQ's cost structure is really high now so that 6% is coming out of their hide.

Tandem is basically a no growth business as is their services sector.
So it is hard to expect much more out of those sectors this quarter.

I expect CPQ to hit its revenue numbers but I suspect that it they will not hit their operational earnings estimate of 36 cents per share.
