I just left a message with Scott of few minutes ago and will post when/if he returns my call. I plan to ask him about Mangan, aquisition plans, and core business outlook.

It should be noted that it wasn't just any AOL poster, but our very own Joe Gurrieri (Bonzo3). Ie, much more reliable than the average AOL poster.

Regards,
Marc

Claims? I can assure you JDN and this board that the conversation most certainly took place. Here is my post from the AOL board. Yes Bonzo is my AOL screen name for those who don't know:

ED and all just got off the phone with Scott Liolios, TAVA's Investor Relations Liason. One word: Bullish!! Extremely upbeat conversation actually seemed excited about current Q's numbers - huge! Shorts enjoy the year end tax loss selling. Come January this stock is going to gain renewed interest and momentum imo. Scott feels the stock is still under some tax loss pressure from those who may have lost
patience with it. Understandable. Some highlights:

> Mangan should be completed by December year end - not privy to terms since its tied to shareprice during a specific period of time.

> Mangan will be accretive immediately. Jenkins would not to acquire a company unless it was accretive and inexpensive to TAVA.

> Mangan & TAVA are already working together on some projects.

> Earnings release in Feb. Hannifen has .22 (correction .23) (no Fed tax) and Red Chip has .13 (fully taxed) - comfortable with either estimate.

> Guesses that NOL will be used in current Q to offset fed. taxes but probably some tax provisions will be made in Q3/Q4. (my guess also).

> Expect a couple press releases prior to the big earnings release in Feb. Considering a bookings/backlog annoucement. Not decided yet. He assured me they haven't gone quiet.

I cannot begin to tell you the level of optimism and enthusiasm conveyed to me over TAVA's current and future quarters. To do so would surely sound like hyping. That isn't me. The numbers should be very impressive. In fact, I don't even think Ed will be disappointed. Based on this TAVA update, I will add to my position when I can free up additional funds from a couple of tax loss candidates I am considering. The smart money in '99 says Stay
long!
