Thanks for the compliment Honker but please spare me the pleasantries. A seller has many motivations to sell. If he's simply tired of the business that is reson enough. If he's going to get shares in a new venture and his business contribution will increase the value than than can be as good as going public himself. Many purchases will not list the name of the intended acquisition. I own a small business and would never publicize a potential sale to a buyer for many reasons - the moral of my employees being just one. And yes - I do believe they can achieve 500M in the SECOND year. Your assuming all the PRs are BS. I have seen the progress of your so called BS PR's and it don't stink to my nose.
