The Senate doesn't have the votes to remove him from office. Unless Clinton pisses off more Democrats. 43% of the public, according to the PBS poll, are now in favor of impeachment.

Bill Clinton fears the legacy of (1) the House voting to approve the impeachment articles, and (2) the Senate Hearings in which he and others will be called to testify. The Senate doesn't want to go to trial either. I think a deal will be worked out. It was difficult to work out just after the election since the President and the Democrats openly gloated and even talked of no impeachment and of no censure. Now, he's hurriedly trying to get a deal for a censure. If this goes to the Senate, there won't be much left of him politically. He spent a lot of his political capital getting Democrats to defend him.
