No bonds coming out...only possible secondary offering on NASDAQ in a few months...they need growth $$$$ (doesn't everyone!!!) and they will attain that through upfront licensing fees and/or private placement of restricted (rememeber they closed last Reg d, Rule 504 $230k short of target, in order to begin negotiations on a MUCH LARGER DEAL) and/or strong underwriting package and public offering when they move to NASDAQ, and/or Loflin will dump another $300k into the company. Either way, any way, we WIN WIN WIN!!!

I guess a pull back was inevitable considering 1.5 million shares were traded yesterday. Looks to be basing between 2.50 - 3.00 range. Steady as she goes :}

Thanks for your input. Licenses seem to be the cash cow. If I recall, Bill Gates has made a few dollars licensing Microsoft products.
