You thought the same successful battle plan we used on planet Chase Manhattan would be effective here. Unfortunately, those sneaky Alterans brought in mercenaries from planets Amazon.com and Micron to counter our offensive. Why, the very next day, 12/17/98, the Alteran strength rose to 57 1/16. A rise of 5 strength points in just one day!!! It appeared we were gaining on our enemy recently but, today, we have suffered a major setback. Reports from the battlefield today are not complete but it appears the Alteran strength could rise to 56. A full 11 strength points higher than your hoped for 45 by March. Worse, we fear the Alteran strength could rise to a 52 week high of 58 3/4 in the near term. We are in full retreat. We weary of the fight. Victory is elusive. Please look at to your interplanetary valuation model again and advise of your forward looking strategies that will aid us in our sacred battle. Uh, wait a minute...... oh yes.... that's right, Corporal Shortseller reminds me your valuation model foretells only the past and is useless to us for the future.
