Would be interesting to see Joe and the gang sue Barrons, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, L.A. Times and many others for libel. Though he would not stand a chance of winning. Hows the current and on going S.E.C. investigation coming along? I see that Joe has not issued a press release on this issue. Did Diane get off on the pandering charges?

"I wonder if some posters/bashers on this thread may want to re-evaluate there postings."

I don't think so. Many of us raised questions regarding BAAT's claims regarding pulse charging when we found that the test used a marine diesel in a Geo at a low constant speed with overinflated tires. Specifically we speculated that 95 mpg would be expected for that test whether pulse charging worked or not. Running a control (ie an unpulsecharged Yanmar) is one of the most elementary and basic aspects of technology development. For BAAT to have ignored this and posted as they have is highly and intentionally misleading to potential investors. Intentionally misleading = lie = hype.

If I had any doubts about the integrity of BAAT management (specifically Joe LaStella) those doubts were removed by BAAT's "just like big cash registers" PR. Again, a highly misleading post that trivializes the complexity of private power generation in a deregulating market. Blatant hype.
