Clinton's poll numbers will likely erode some more after this vote. Everyone will be watching the poll numbers during the Senate hearings. I don't like Gore either but whether it's Clinton or Gore in office, both will be tested in the coming two years by bin Laden, Iraq, China, N. Korea, India/Pakistan, or others.

The latest ABC news poll said that if Clinton is impeached by the House, 58% want him to resign. JLA
