Ok, want to know why Republicans are mad? Because he was the first President in the last 19 years to balance the budget, the budget deficit openly blamed on the republicans..And Clinton doesn't know how to work it, he ranked on the Republicans for so long, he couldn't possibly wonder why they want to guy out of office. I am Republican, but I also want some commen sense here. In the end, Clinton should face civil penalties, Reno should face investigation herself, and at the very least Ken Starr should have harassment charges brought against him on many fronts, and should be investigated for his unethical and improper handling of this case.
