I agree that the float on COOL is small and getting smaller...it is a "top tier" 'net stock that hasn't yet totally exploded and the institutions that have missed out on 'net stocks (and the institutions that are in all the 'net stocks) are sucking up the float rapidly.

I think COOL could quickly see an EBAY type move up from $30 to $100 or so... (I'm not saying the stock is WORTH $100, just saying I think it could go there fairly easily in this market).
