Thanks Doc, but I am paranoid! Mostly about my grammar and spelling. In July of 1997 the Co.stated that they repurchsased 1,212,000 shares at values of $.92 to $1.06 and forwarded $1,555,000.00 to brokerage accounts. Then subssequent to year end the company forwarded a further $2,215,526.00 to one of the brokage accounts "held by a non-affiliated shareholder." And not one of you said a word,,,why. Now the big ?, If one of the accounts was that of a non-affiliated shareholder, WHO WERE THE OTHER FOUR?????nOW LETS LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING, the co. is selling stock some 15,000,000 shares at the same time they are buying 3,000,000 and if i can read ( we all know i can't spell) the Co. is buying at from .92 to 1.06 and selling at My Guess .25 to .60, does this tell anyone anything??IMO they not only bought stock (from who I don't yet know) they sold stock from authorized, they returned the stock they bought treasury, so as I see it they lost OUR money 3 times and in doing so let the Co. open for litigation IMO, and we do not know it all yet, but we will. If one of you care to do the #s on Office and director warrants and options, I think you will see the light, now go back a few years then look at what this does to your holding. Now don't get mad at me, for i have thin skin, and hurt eazy. And I know most of you have a dream....
