You gotta admit, probably very few serious posters or investors here who could care less about another stock picking game.

Maybe a way to draw new traffic to their site, but IMO of not much value to current customers.

I think perhaps Brad left out two key words in his post about SI's forthcoming stock picking contest: cash prizes. Thus, said endeavor would be in keeping with SI's priority list an anonymous source recently sent me:

1. Make money for shareholders
2. Make more money for shareholders
3. Make even more money for shareholders
4. Make even more than even more money for shareholders
5. Make money for members
6. Make more money for members
7. Make even more money for members
8. Make even more than even more money for members
9. Upgrade the site
10. Create games without cash prizes

Well David, personally, I'm getting tired of seeing people bash SI.

Look, I'm just speaking my mind here. Personally, I never flame people as I find that to be in poor taste. [Did I say "never"? Ummm... I meant, "rarely" do I flame someone. Ahhh... you know, "occasionally"... "periodically"... ummm...whatever...] ;)

Sooooo, all this complaining about slow server times **has** to be SI's fault, and not someone's crappy, overloaded isp, huh? Blah, blah, blah, "SI's become like the Yahoo board". Blah blah blah, "I don't think anyone reads my suggestions"... Blah blah blah, "I don't want a stock picking game, I want a mIRC chat function, real time quotes, faster loading times, links to every stock site in the universe, no advertisements, no vulgarity, more surveys, a new nose, bigger boobs, my hair to grow back on my shiny, bald head, and karma. Give me karma, SI, or I'll leave...Blah, blah, blah, "Why doesn't anyone like me?!?!? AND IT'S COLD IN HERE, AND THAT'S SI'S FAULT, TOO!!!!"... <ggg>

You think I'm a little protective of the SI trio?!?!?! You say I'm just a tad bit defensive???? [So sue me!!]

And, don't give me all this blather about SI turning into a site for a bunch of morons. It just won't happen...

Now, let's all say, "Thank you" to those nice Dryer brothers who have worked so hard to make their dream your reality, boys. Oh, and one little question: Did anyone complain this much before they made their first 20+ million?? Hmmmm...

xoxo,
V.
