James Tilton is the new president. I've known him about three years now. Hard worker. A Deal-Maker but not a "hands-on-manager", delegates all operations to other officers and directors. He is also president of China Food & Beverage Co. (buying beer co's. in China)(OTC BB: CHIF), Tianrong Bldg. Materials Holdings (OTC BB:TNRG), (owns large shopping mall in China, Cavalcade of Sports, A USBL Basketball team, medical products, defense products, etc.) and Briaa Communications (OTC BB: TIPS). Plans to spin off the sports film library and basketball team into TIPS. As far as representing GMCH again, our 1-year agreement expired several months ago. Our hat is in the ring but he's talking to others also. When we were representing them their stock went from 10-cents to 62.5-cents, back to the 30-cent to 38-cents range for many months. We'll know in January sometime.
