IMO, what ever the company is working on in Spain was set to be concluded some time ago. However, when the carrier defaulted on IXC this opened the door to move DCI up several notches. This some how affected what Jack was doing in Spain. I am just guessing here but with IXC a part of DCI the expansion in Spain got a whole lot bigger. The fundamentals of DCI have only gotten better since we signed the deal with IXC. But, we are a news driven stock and will be so until we shed the BB status. We all agree the wording of the last press release left a lot to be desired. Until the company gives the AMAX everything they want along with giving the SEC all of the proxy material for the up coming meeting, I don't think Joe will put out any kind of a press release explaining the last one. We are drifting lower not because anything has change at the home office but because many of the investors who got in several months back are happy with their profits and are moving on. They are selling just a few more shares than are being bought. Best Regards
